Community Description

Regal Oaks at Old Town is a gated hidden gem that deserves 10 stars! From the 24 hour clubhouse that is two stories with free wi-fi, fitness center and Internet cafe available. Soak in the community jacuzzi while you watch the kids play in the zero entry pool or racing each other down the two waterslides. Cool off under the cabana while the kids join in on activities put on by the resort. Head off to the tiki bar to enjoy a cool drink while getting a tan under the hot Florida sun. The on site restaurant is currently being renovated, but we hope to see it open soon! Please note the minimum age requirement for renting this home is 25 years of age. Our vacation homes include a starter kit for our guests. Longer stays may need to purchase additional supplies for their home. No parties are allowed at this property. No trailers or sixteen passenger vans. Vehicles must be parked within parking spot. No blocking sidewalks. Any violations may result in vehicles being towed. No pets are allowed in this vacation home. If pets are found in unit, this may result in immediate eviction and fine. The total price does not include the $85 property protection fee processed six days prior to arrival.
