Community Description

Sunset Lakes is an upscale-gated community just a short distance from Walt Disney World. Walt Disney World is only four miles away, which is close enough to watch the fireworks from the dock on the big lake. The community pool offers a break from the hot days at the theme parks. Please note the minimum age requirement for renting this home is 25 years of age. Our vacation homes include a starter kit for our guests. Longer stays may need to purchase additional supplies for their home. No parties are allowed at this property. No trailers or sixteen passenger vans. Vehicles must be parked within parking spot. No blocking sidewalks. Any violations may result in vehicles being towed. No pets are allowed in this vacation home. If pets are found in unit, this may result in immediate eviction and fine. The total price does not include the $85 property protection fee processed six days prior to arrival.
