Located in the gated community of Emerald Island Resort this 3 bedroom unit has a total of 5 beds giving everyone a place of their own to stretch out and get a good night's sleep after a long day at one of the local theme parks. Families trying to stretch their vacation dollar can make their own meals in the fully equipped kitchen and sit down to enjoy them together at a nicely set dining room table.

Relax in the comfortably furnished living room each evening enjoying a large flat screen television or head out to one of the two resort community swimming pools to cool off in the water. The resort also offers recreational activities such as tennis, basketball, volleyball and even a state of the art fitness center.

Community Description

Emerald Island Resort is a newer community in the area and is only 2 miles from the gates of Walt Disney World. This means guests are also minutes away from SeaWorld, Universal Orlando™ as well as all the shopping and dining offered in the area. Amenities include 2 large community pools, clubhouse, fitness center, basketball courts and even a playground for the kids. Emerald Island has quickly become a leading choice for visitors in the Orlando area who want the proximity to the theme parks with the seclusion of staying in a private resort.Starting September 1, 2021, all guests arriving this date or later to Emerald Island Resort will be required to pay for a nonrefundable parking pass to enter the resort. The fee is $20 per VEHICLE to give you access to the resort and its amenities. Please note the minimum age requirement for renting this home is 25 years of age. Our vacation homes include a starter kit for our guests. Longer stays may need to purchase additional supplies for their home. No parties are allowed at this property. No trailers or sixteen passenger vans. Vehicles must be parked within parking spot. No blocking sidewalks. Any violations may result in vehicles being towed. The total price does not include the $85 property protection fee processed six days prior to arrival.
